The Customer Success Team collaborates closely with enterprise-licensed clients to guarantee they achieve maximum value from our platform. Our objective is to assist them in continuous collaboration and innovation, resulting in high retention and expansion rates.

About the Role

A senior account manager on our team has multiple responsibilities, including customer onboarding, setting up customers for success, and deepening relationships with existing clients to increase the value they derive from our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key clients
  • Become an expert in our product and leverage this knowledge to guide clients effectively towards their desired outcomes
  • Ensure seamless product adoption by onboard new clients and collaborating closely with our Onboarding Specialists team
  • Monitor and enhance the health status of each client
  • Develop best practices for client growth and renewal to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Serve as the voice of the client back into our organization
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues on developing account plans and delivering quarterly business reviews
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Account Management or other B2B customer-facing roles, working with large-scale clients (5K employees or >250 users)
  • Consistent track record of handling portfolios of 30-50 enterprise accounts
  • Ability to recognize and maximize business value as well as internal opportunities
  • Ability to strategically prioritize your book of business
  • Proactive and collaborative mentality, excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple accounts & assignments simultaneously
  • Experience or strong interest in the SaaS space
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, client-centric mentality, and empathy towards users and clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving scale-up environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly
