Senior Enterprise Architect

A Senior Enterprise Architect is needed to drive strategic client value realization for top enterprise customers across APAC.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for Enterprise accounts in APAC by collaborating with Client Success and Sales teams to align executive priorities, enhance product adoption, and ensure successful renewals.
- Deliver expert recommendations on technical architecture, solution design, application lifecycle management, reliability, and feature adoption for strategic customers.
- Serve as a trusted technical SME within the Customer Success organization, providing proactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy, and product best practices.
- Identify capability gaps and design inefficiencies, recommending product enhancements or creative custom solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, or SaaS customer success.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations; knowledge of data structuring and data architecture.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders in APAC, ideally with consumer intelligence, marketing, communications, and/or PR personas.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS value drivers, especially analytics, media intelligence, and data.
This role requires a high level of expertise in architecting solutions that meet the complex needs of enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing business outcomes.
