About the RoleThis role is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring that the arrival and departure process for each of our valued guests is a flawless experience. You will oversee the smooth daily operation of the Guest Services Department, where first and last impressions are made, including handling movements in excess of 500 rooms per day.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service and effective problem solving
- Assist to lead, train, motivate and develop the team for success
- Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of our many VIP's, return guests and group business
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division
- Passionate about engaging with guests, exceeding their expectations and managing their feedback
- Good verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
