We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Welcome Agent at W Hotels, where your authenticity is celebrated and imagination is sparked. As a Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unique and extraordinary stays for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out**: Process all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless room assignments and change requests.
  • Payment and Billing**: Secure payment, verify, and adjust billing for guests, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication and Coordination**: Liaise with staff when guests await available rooms, advise on messages, and collaborate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
  • Paperwork and Documentation**: File guest paperwork or documentation, maintaining compliance and record-keeping standards.
  • Telecommunications**: Operate the telephone switchboard station, answering, recording, and processing guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Financial Management**: Count and secure bank funds at the beginning and end of each shift, process payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change.
  • Loss Prevention**: Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft or suspicious activity.
