The Opportunity to Deliver Quality Excellence

Our organization is seeking a Senior Quality Control Specialist with exceptional skills and experience to drive quality management initiatives and develop comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous audits of recyclable products, including bale and commingled recycling materials, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Record product composition data and upload reports into our central database system for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to identify areas for quality improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for safety documentation and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, including onboarding for new employees and quarterly training programs, to enhance workforce development and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, leveraging these insights to inform continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in quality control within manufacturing, recycling, or operations environments.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and train diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough quality audits and implementing improvements to enhance overall performance.
