Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our feature team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and execute test plans, charters, and test cases across game features, tools, and backend systems.
- Help define quality metrics and use data to inform risk management, release readiness, and product confidence.
- Identify opportunities to improve pipelines, workflows, and test coverage.
- Partner with engineers to investigate issues and triage defects.
- Coordinate testing with offsite or vendor QA teams and provide structured feedback.
- 3+ years of experience in software or game QA roles.
- Demonstrated experience in test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and production functions.
- Ability to discuss and review technical implementation details with engineers.
- Experience coordinating with distributed testing resources and evaluating test effectiveness.
