Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Sydney-based construction delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site-Level Quality Assurance: Review and approve inspection plans, checklists, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and project performance requirements.
  • Inspection and Surveillance: Conduct regular inspections and construction surveillance across civil, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic packages to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Quality Reporting and Frameworks: Develop and maintain a site-specific inspection schedule, working closely with the General Contractor (GC) to ensure effective quality management.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Act as a key interface between the organization and GCs, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
