Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our operations meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and report any non-conformities or defects
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of non-conformities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
