Warranty Manager Role

Job Description:

The Warranty Manager will oversee the warranty claims process, ensuring proper documentation and submissions. This role involves working closely with service and parts departments to process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the warranty claims process, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining detailed records of warranty claims.
  • Manage and develop a team of administrators to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department for warranty claims, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor claim status and ensure timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership and team development skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with warranty processing software, and knowledge of luxury brand vehicles is advantageous.
