Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Warranty Manager to lead our warranty operations team, working closely with service and parts departments to process warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the warranty claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and submissions.
- Develop and support the performance of a Warranty Administrator to drive team success.
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department for warranty claims.
- Monitor claim status and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims.
- Provide excellent customer service with warranty inquiries.
- Develop and implement warranty procedures.
- Stay updated on luxury vehicle warranty policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a dealership warranty manager, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with warranty processing software.
- Knowledge of luxury vehicles is advantageous.
