Opportunity in Luxury Sales

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Associate to join our boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent some of the world's most iconic brands in a refined, luxury environment.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will deliver a consistently exceptional client experience that reflects luxury standards.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
  • Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge to confidently share brand stories and expertise with clients.

You will also play an important role in upholding the presentation and operational excellence of the boutique, ensuring every client's experience reflects the very best.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery or timepieces.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service etiquette.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Confident using retail systems and CRM platforms; qualifications in business, gemology, or jewellery design are highly regarded.

A clear Police Check is required.
