Warranty Process Coordinator

Job Overview
This role plays a crucial part in supporting the warranty process and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and submissions
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements
- Support the warranty team in overall processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with latest policies and procedures from Mercedes-Benz
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dealership warranty administration, ideally with Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for warranty processing
