Job Summary:

Functional Application Support Expert

As a Functional Application Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing end-user support and training for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, liaising with IT teams as needed
  • Document support procedures and maintain training manuals
  • Log, track, and manage service requests effectively
  • Test application integrations and updates, including third-party systems and patches

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support, working in a large organisation or similar role
  • Prior experience working with SQL and PL/SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
