About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Spine and Biologics team in New South Wales. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in this critical region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and implement strategies to capture new revenue streams
  • Coach and develop sales representatives to achieve their sales targets and improve sales performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Advanced knowledge and skills within the sales discipline, with a strong understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization
  • Leadership experience or capability in leading, managing and coaching a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
