About the Role

As a seasoned professional in the field of hydro power engineering, we seek an exceptional Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to assume the role of Field Service Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the balance of plant mechanical work scope, providing technical support, and collaborating with the site team to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision of BoPm installation in large hydro power projects or similar industries, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the balance of plant mechanical work scope
  • Provide technical support to the site team
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure effective project delivery
  • Mobilize and demobilize resources as required
  • Manage purchase orders and create/updating site documentation
Requirements
  • University diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in supervision of BoPm installation in large hydro power projects or similar industries
  • Strong technical and operational knowledge of hydro power BoPm equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Solid Edge or equivalent
Working Conditions
  • A typical roster of 14 days in, 7 days out
  • A typical work schedule of 10 hours per day, 7 days a week
  • Camp accommodation is provided
