Job Summary

A dynamic and experienced Field Service Engineer is required to provide technical support and expertise to our global team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and experience working with turbines, generators, and balance of plant equipment.

About the Job
  1. Provide technical assistance and advice to field sites.
  2. Prepare and maintain work packages, technical procedures, control sheets, methods, and documentation for installation teams at the job site.
  3. Proactively anticipate risks and opportunities, raising them to the Project Team.
  4. Maintain the Field Service schedule and coordinate dates with the Project Team and customer.
  5. Prepare specifications, technical procedures, and work descriptions for installation subcontractors and evaluate installation bids/offers.
  6. Facilitate clarifications with customers.
  7. Participate in design review meetings and ensure field-related design considerations.
  8. Ensure availability of HSE, quality plans, and documents.
  9. Develop and ensure availability of project-specific procedures and safety assessments.
  10. Determine site layouts, tooling/fixtures, and site infrastructure requirements.
  11. Monitor target achievement regarding quality, schedule, and costs, supporting corrective actions.
  12. Facilitate identification and allocation of required internal and external resources.
  13. Coordinate teamwork between site and back-office.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a university diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management, sub-supplier handling, and scheduling is also essential. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Primavera P6 is required, as well as competencies in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or equivalent.
