Job Overview

The Policy and Projects Officer will support the implementation of systemic changes across public sector agencies, focusing on multicultural policies and services. This role involves working with stakeholders to drive project delivery, analyzing data, and developing informed positions on policy issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Documentation: Preparing high-quality reports, monitoring tools, and evaluation materials to track project progress.

  • Research and Analysis: Sourcing, collating, and critically analyzing data to identify emerging issues and develop informed positions on relevant policy and project matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience with monitoring and evaluation.
