What's the job?
Are you passionate about driving organisational transformation and fostering a culture of growth and engagement? We are looking for a Change & Training Coordinator to play a key role in supporting and delivering impactful change initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure change is implemented smoothly and effectively. You'll contribute to enhancing employee experiences by aligning initiatives with our core values and focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and staff wellbeing.

Day-to-day accountabilities:
These include, but are not limited to, the following:
Training and Development:
- Coordinate Training Activities: Ensure timely and effective administration and delivery of training programs, resulting in well-prepared and knowledgeable staff.
- Change Management:
- Change Plan Design and Strategy: Assist in the design of project change plans and strategies to develop comprehensive change plans that support successful project implementation. Ensure effective collaboration with people and talent function on initiatives incorporating job/skills changes.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate touch-points with impacted stakeholders to maintain effective communication and collaboration, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Intranet and Information Management:
- Intranet Site Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain intranet sites for relevant projects to ensure up-to-date and accessible information for project stakeholders.

Communication Strategies and Plans:
- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create and execute communication strategies and plans to support change initiatives and training programs.

Who you are:

- You will have a minimum 2-5 years of experience in change management, training coordination, or a related field ideally across digital and technology.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field desirable.- Professional certifications in change management or training such as a certificate in workplace training and assessment are highly desirable.

Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.- Experience with meeting training development and delivery platforms such as zoom and teams- Experience with learning management system administration

Soft Skills Required:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

This is a fill time permanent contract located at our Surry Hills campus in Sydney.
