We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Implementation Specialist to execute change management practices and ensure minimal disruptions to operations. The role will involve coordinating communication with stakeholders, project teams, and customers regarding changes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for executing change management practices, including undertaking change evaluation processes, validating incoming change requests, and managing emergency changes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertake change evaluation processes, validate incoming change requests, and manage emergency changes.
- Assist in the execution of the change management process, including communications and implementation activities.
- Enforce standard change classifications and procedures, prioritize and categorize change requests, and ensure compliance.
- Support the creation and maintenance of change management process flow documentation.
- Contribute to risk management plans and establishment of risk controls.
- 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in change management activities.
