About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our PMO team, responsible for assisting Project Managers and other key team members with the coordination and administration of project rollouts. The Project Coordinator will assist with reporting and analysis from various internal systems, coordinating with key stakeholders and updating systems to assist with customer deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Drive Project Success: Take ownership of the order process, diligently tracking status and proactively following up to ensure timely stock delivery, meeting project requirements every step of the way.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with internal teams and dealer partners to seamlessly coordinate rollout logistics and swiftly resolve any roadblocks.
- Problem Solve and Innovate: Investigate and resolve project challenges, from incorrect hardware deliveries to urgent customer requirement changes, demonstrating your resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Support Project Managers: Provide crucial scheduling support to nominated Project Managers, responding with agility and urgency to keep projects on track.
- Ensure Project Visibility: Proactively monitor project status through direct communication with internal stakeholders and dealers, providing valuable insights and ensuring transparency.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and escalate potential internal or dealer-related risks and issues promptly, protecting project timelines and outcomes.
- Contribute to Project Planning: Play a key role in maintaining implementation plans and deployment schedules, contributing to the overall project strategy.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, creating a collaborative and supportive project environment.
- Provide Timely Feedback: Deliver regular and insightful project feedback to Project Managers, contributing to continuous improvement and project success.
- Support the Project Management Team: Provide valuable assistance with ad-hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute.

Who are we looking for?
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Relevant experience in Project Administration is desirable/ Knowledge of Project Management methodology such as Prince2
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work according to strict deadlines
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP system
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
