Job Title

Project Coordinator and Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring and control. You will also have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, including assessing impact, categorizing changes, and operating proactively in a multi-vendor environment.

In addition, you will possess excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and be proactive in learning new technologies and working across teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring and control.
  • Assess impact and categorize changes as defined by the change management processes.
  • Operate proactively in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Develop innovative and relevant solutions where possible and within the confines of the change management principles.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on project coordination and change management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
