About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Driftwood Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of recruitment and onboarding processes, including employer branding and engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, including diary management and mail merging documentation.
- Update new Human Resource policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational, legislative, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all reporting is complete on time and maintain accurate HR records, including spreadsheets, filing, and training records.
- Coordinate events for regular cultural days, education sessions, training, and ad hoc morning/afternoon teas.
- Work on projects to drive business growth and improve HR processes.
Requirements
