TradingHub is a fast-growing finance-focused big data firm that thrives on innovation and collaboration. Founded in 2010, we have developed scale by building best-in-class surveillance tooling and analytics.

We're expanding our Relationship Management team following recent growth into Australia. As a key hire, you'll cultivate relationships with customers, be a subject matter expert, and drive the adoption of our product suite.

The Role
  • You'll act as a brand ambassador for TradingHub, fostering a visible and positive industry presence.
  • You'll establish deep partnerships with key decision-makers and maintain existing ones.
  • You'll work cross-functionally to prepare customer pitches and demos, ensuring an informed and bespoke selling process.

Responsibilities include:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TradingHub and foster a visible, positive industry presence.
  • Establish deep partnerships with key decision-makers and maintain existing ones.
  • Work cross-functionally to prepare customer pitches and demos so that the selling process is informed and bespoke.
  • Ensure customers benefit from the wealth of internal resources available to them, including regulatory insight and knowledge gained through delivering solutions to their peers.
  • Identify customer-driven product development areas where TradingHub is best positioned to deliver further best-in-class services.
  • Contribute to targeted events such as RegHub with marketing.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle from picking up leads to closing deals.
  • Growing our revenue base and expanding our customer reach.
Main Skills/Competencies:
  • A strong understanding of capital markets, especially fixed income or commodities.
  • Expertise in the regulatory space with a focus on market compliance, market integrity, MAR etc.
  • A good understanding of the trade surveillance landscape, including competitor offerings and regulatory relationships (e.g. ASIC).
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, set ambitious targets, and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who is resilient and has a hunger to succeed.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
