Drive Business Growth and Develop Strong Relationships

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with commercial and agribusiness clients in the South East of South Australia. You will deliver high-quality banking services and lead the growth strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a diverse portfolio of clients and lead the growth strategy in the region.
  • Foster and maintain strong local relationships with an emphasis on exceptional service and community spirit.
  • Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities in a diverse environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role.
  • Expertise in commercial and/or agribusiness lending and complex financial structuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and excel in Business Development, consistently meeting growth targets.
  • Deep understanding of the business needs and attitudes of commercial banking customers.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
