Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technologists in our Acquisition Crew, responsible for effectively attracting and converting customers.
  • Shape and champion the digital acquisition tech stack and team culture as a technology leader.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences using the latest technologies (GenAI, NextJS, Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL, CloudFare) on the Azure stack, focusing on rapid value delivery.
  • Drive data-driven decisions through experimentation-led approaches to develop an effective acquisition strategy.
  • Manage the use of modern behavioural analytics, martech, and experimentation tools.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in NextJS and/or Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL, and CloudFlare.
  • Experience working on or delivering a GenAI chat experience.
  • Strong engineering foundations in testing, security, architecture, and robust design.
  • Product-minded technology leaders who balance stakeholder interests, strategic value, and customer outcomes.
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of building high-performing engineering teams.
  • Persistent problem-solving ability in a regulated environment.
