**Essential**
- 3 years experience in a digital agency as a Digital project manager, delivering enterprise level projects.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA & Confluence (Administrator level)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Proven client relationship management experience and presentation skills

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Product Ownership
- Experience with writing Epics, User Stories, Testing plans, Functional or technical specs, and Acceptance Criteria
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP or / and Prince2) and Agile/Scrum Methodology (CSM, CSPO, etc.).
- Prior experience or prior education in computer science and/or software engineering experience
- Experience with mainstream eCommerce, CRM, or content management platforms, Sitecore
