About Senior Guest Relations Roles:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Senior Guest Relations professional. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Reception and Hosting operations, ensuring a seamless arrival experience for guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting
  • Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling and feedback management
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions
  • Coordinate same-day catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements requested by clients
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments to bookings
  • Support Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties, project work, and recruitment if necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent personal presentation and complaint handling skills
  • Experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment, or Event Management
  • Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom

This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
