Guest Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to take their career to the next level.

The Guest Service Professional will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests, handling all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, and ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.

  • Kicking off memorable guest experiences with warm welcomes
  • Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
  • Making the check-in and check-out process swift and seamless
  • Staying one step ahead of guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills - guests will come to you with concerns as well as compliments
  • Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
  • Literacy and basic computer skills
  • Previous Front Office experience preferred
