Job Description
  • Lead a dynamic team of room attendants, overseeing tasks associated with rostering, recruitment, performance management, and engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive training to housekeeping staff on standard procedures, including quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Monitor costs related to housekeeping expenses and manage them effectively in line with budgets.
  • Develop and manage staff rosters in alignment with hotel occupancy levels.
About the Role
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience leading housekeeping or cleaning teams is required.
  • Strong knowledge of core competencies: payroll percentages, minutes per occupied room, inventory management (linen, amenities).
  • A keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with managing time effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment, servicing guests 7 days a week.
