We are seeking two Senior Marketing Managers to join our high-performing Growth Marketing Team. This team identifies growth opportunities and collaborates with subject matter experts across the business to drive expansion. They possess in-depth customer understanding and develop strategies to grow awareness, demand, and preference. The roles report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and involve working on a wide range of projects. We are looking for individuals with complementary skill sets:

Our ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset to analyse trends and data, identifying and executing new growth opportunities. The successful candidate will also have exceptional communication skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and be passionate about delivering compelling campaigns from inception to performance analysis.

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Devise brilliant marketing communications strategies and lead a creative team to execute them
  • Creative oversight of the Luxury Escapes brand and tone of voice to drive an emotional connection with customers
  • Analyse market trends, data, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate and inspire cross-functional teams to enhance marketing campaigns and customer experience through experimentation
