At The Talent Mill, we are seeking a highly skilled Dual-Site Manager to lead our luxury fashion brand in Melbourne. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

This role will be responsible for leading our two high-performing retail locations in Chadstone and Melbourne CBD. You will be an exceptional networker, well-developed in your management career, and well-connected with VIP clients across all product categories: RTW, Footwear, and Accessories.

You will lead a talented team of Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors – nurturing and developing them alongside the regional management team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Setting brand standards for delivery of exceptional customer service;
  • Driving sales to hit daily store targets and KPI's across boutiques;
  • Designing and implementing business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate, cross-selling, bags business development;
  • Ensuring the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations;
  • Implementing clienteling and ensuring clients' engagement, recruitment, retention, and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients;
  • Building the best team through team development, recruitment, and retention, ensuring career development and succession plans;
  • Granting the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedback, and fostering their motivation.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a solutions-focused individual who can find solutions to support our store network. A diligent, organized, and detail-oriented person with a strong communication skillset, able to tailor messaging to suit a wide audience. A career retailer with a minimum of 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion, multisite experience is highly preferred. Luxury customer service background is ideal, and CRM and VIP building experience are beneficial.

The Offer

In addition to a generous annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, there is an incentivizing bonus structure, uniform provided, and exciting career opportunities with real growth opportunities available.
