The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Development Manager to drive our business growth.

This critical role oversees the entire proposal development process, ensuring compliant and high-quality submissions that secure new business opportunities.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, People & Culture, and Operations to deliver winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full proposal/bid lifecycle planning and submission.
  • Analyse tender requirements for compliance and deadlines.
  • Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams for clarity and consistency.
  • Implement governance, templates, and content libraries for efficiency and quality.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings and review cycles to engage proposal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for bid management techniques.
  • Conduct post-submission reviews and embed lessons learned into future proposals.
