We are currently seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth and expansion in the scientific sectors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and connect with clients across the region, establishing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Spearhead business development campaigns in collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams to drive commercial success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, unlocking potential revenue streams for the company.
Requirements
  • A Science Degree and at least 2 years experience in business development or sales within a scientific sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions through strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies, presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders as needed.

Key responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the scientific sectors and be able to leverage their knowledge to drive business development initiatives. A Science Degree and relevant industry experience are essential requirements for this role. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
