About the role

You will be responsible for establishing effective, sustainable, profitable, and mutually beneficial business relationships within the major commercial construction segment to secure growth and improve market position.

Responsibilities

• Manage established partnerships and develop new opportunities.
• Accountable for future project pipeline and early project engagement with Commercial New Construction projects.
• Support state teams and navigate project management.
• Collaborate with state sales team to provide industry insights and lead generation.
• Contribute to delivery of total State trade sales targets.

Key skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction or related industry.
• Experience engaging stakeholders (internal & external) with influencing skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tool to track complex projects and customers effectively.
