Job Title: Executive Director Payments Sales

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead our Payments sales team. As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in payments sales and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing payments sales strategies, including core cash clearing, liquidity management, foreign exchange, merchant services, and trade & working capital solutions. You will work closely with the Coverage, Product, Client Services, and Implementation teams to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver annual sales budgets for the Payments suite of products.
  • Undertake account planning, including identifying prospects/opportunities, developing approaches/accounts, and engaging partners/senior managers to influence prospective clients.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and supervise the entire sales process, including client onboarding activities.
  • Promote an effective operation risk environment, ensuring accurate and timely renewals and completion of KYCs and other internal reporting/approval requirements.
  • Handle AML/Sanction-related inquiries (RFIs) at both transactional or relationship levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional sales management experience in payments, with an established client network and ability to build and develop client relationships.
  • Deep product/solution set knowledge relevant to the market and demonstrated track record of success.
  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in the market, with strong experience in AML/KYC risk and control processes.
  • Managerial experience in leading and driving high-performance teams to achieve team targets.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
