Payment Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Payment Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Australia and New Zealand, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for managing a high-performing team and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payment sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
