We are seeking a senior product leader to oversee the strategy and roadmap of all physical payment devices across our merchant ecosystem.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the head of product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading in-store payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Visionary: Develop innovative solutions to payments hardware, enabling best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Design Excellence: Bring to market beautiful, cost-effective hardware that merchants and customers appreciate.
  • Customer Experience Specialist: Work with our channel partners, design, and CX teams to continuously improve merchant experience across the full device lifecycle.
  • Product Lifecycle Manager: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our payment terminal fleet, from selection and certification through to rollout and decommissioning.
  • Vendor Relationship Manager: Oversee key relationships with vendors, manage performance, roadmap alignment, SLA compliance, and commercial negotiation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hardware design, manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Background or degree in industrial design or a related field.
  • Experience in payments, merchant services, or fintech is preferred but not necessary.
  • Passion for user experience and creating innovative experiences that solve real-world challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
