Expert Solution Developer

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Develop scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
- Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations of ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.
- Debug technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
A degree in IT or Computer Science is required.
- ServiceNow certifications include:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification.
- ServiceNow Suite Certified (e.g., ITSM, HR, or CSM).
Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development is necessary.
