Expert Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic expert to join our team working within the client solutions department.

  • Understanding Client needs:

- Ability to identify and articulate client business problems or opportunities and how technology can enable value creation.
- Experience and understanding of progressive technologies underpinning AI Transformation across Digital, Cloud, Data &/or Security with the ability to derive high level solutions from these technologies.
- Conduct assessments of clients' existing environment, and influence on strategies and solutions that will drive tangible business value.
- Break down complex challenges into tangible solutions including solution design, business case and delivery planning.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Design and Deliver Client Solutions:

- Design tailored and innovative solutions that meet the specific needs across a diverse range of technologies, being able to prototype or demo solution concepts.
- Uplift business processes, operating models and ways of working driving tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions and the ability to deliver outcomes that meet client needs and wants.
- Ability to articulate high-level estimates (ROM) and advise on commercial or execution risk of the solutions.

  • Relationship and Stakeholder Management:

- Build strategic, trusted and long-standing relationships with clients.
- Establish relationships with our peers, leaders, technical and delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing advisory support throughout the sales and implementation phases of client engagement.
- Work with partners to facilitate solutions with third-party solutions, i.e., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Pre-Sales Activities:

- Engage in pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that meet client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, the broader industry and outcomes they are trying to solve.
- Develop and present proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Support strategic pursuits.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with AI and the consulting industry.
  • Background and experience in one or several of our core technical domains, Cloud, Digital, Data or Security.
  • Executive level written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of the development of strategies and proposals for endorsement by executive teams and boards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
