About the Role

As a Front Desk Assistant with Super Retail Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Based in our Rhodes office, you will work 12 hours per week, including 6 hours on a Wednesday and 6 hours rotating between a Thursday or Friday. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and delivering mail to relevant teams.
  • Arrange name badges for team members across the region.
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Reception Team Leader and other reception staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in an administration or customer service role is highly desirable.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
