Key Account Retail Representative

PUMA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Retail Representative to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
About the RoleAs a Key Account Retail Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging store environment, achieving sales targets, and upholding superior visual merchandising standards. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Offer personalized assistance to customers, ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards, and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Stock Control: Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing stock as needed, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Store Operations: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety standards, and participating in initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is essential, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Qualifications: Self-motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
