Job Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Assistant to join our team at one of our 140+ stores across Australia and New Zealand. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our store satisfied and engaged;
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the success of our store;
  • Create visually appealing store displays and visual merchandising that showcases our products in an attractive way;
  • Share your knowledge of our candles and homeware products with customers, helping them find the perfect items for their homes;
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring our products are always visually enticing for customers;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious work environment and achieve shared goals.
