Job Description

We're on a mission to create a smokeless world, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.

To succeed, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive talent strategies that grow and nurture a diverse pool of employees. This will involve partnering with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop effective solutions.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders. You'll also support the development and drive of talent initiatives that promote and align with our strategic plan and long-term talent goals.

As a member of our Area Talent Team, you'll contribute to the development of our people strategy and partner with functional/country HRLT teams to deliver on this strategy at appropriate levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to grow and nurture a diverse talent pool.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • Support the development and drive of talent initiatives that promote and align with our strategic plan and long-term talent goals.
  • Contribute to the development of our people strategy and partner with functional/country HRLT teams to deliver on this strategy at appropriate levels.
Requirements:
  • HR professional with tertiary qualification.
  • 5+ years of proven track record in HR or Talent and mid-career level.
  • Experience and knowledge of groundbreaking/current HR practices and thinking.
  • Strategic thinker with operational skills to deliver results.
  • Proven problem-solving capability with ability to analyse issues from different perspectives and draw sound inferences from available data.
  • Agile leader with ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Uses insight and foresight to drive decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
