The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead our recruitment function, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a talent acquisition role seeking to join an expanding business with a hybrid working environment offering up to 2 days work from home, 3 days in our Head office in Alexandria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end to end recruitment of all roles from senior executives to warehouse and retail staff
  • Support development of talent pipeline through strategic networking
  • Implement effective recruitment marketing campaign strategies for a variety of roles
  • Establish talent pipeline opportunities
  • Establish and develop social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn) to 'sell' employer brand
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
