As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing talent that drives business success. This involves managing succession planning, critical role identification, assessment, and differentiated development to ensure we are future-ready.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the executive talent framework, coaching, mentoring, senior leader transition, and risk management. You will work closely with Group Executives and Executive General Managers to strengthen talent pipelines and deploy targeted development initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to drive results independently, navigate complexity, adapt priorities as needed, and collaborate effectively with a broader team. Commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to think critically are essential.

A tertiary qualification in Organizational Development, Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology is highly desirable. We value diverse perspectives and welcome candidates from various backgrounds who can contribute to our inclusive work environment.
