This is a strategic role that drives workforce strategy, succession planning, and organisation development support for a diverse workforce.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver talent management initiatives, succession planning, and organisational design.
- Engage directly with leadership teams to build credibility and design solutions that support business priorities.
- Develop people strategies in partnership with senior leaders, leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Lead and coach a small team delivering annual talent, performance, and promotion activities.
What You Offer:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in HR, psychology, business, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate insights for senior audiences.
- Effective collaboration with a global team and stakeholders, building strong relationships across departments and with the business.
- Global mindset and ability to make a positive impact across regions and cultures.
- Effective communication skills with senior stakeholders, including presenting to senior audiences and conveying strategic concepts.
- Adaptability and experience working in a changing organisational context.
- Forward-thinking, innovative, and fluent in generative AI.
