About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused individual to drive operational excellence across our production environment. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, enhancing efficiency, and reducing waste.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and develop strategies to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate better workflow and production systems.
  • Infrastructure and Technology Upgrades: Support upgrades to improve productivity and quality, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Lean Production Principles: Champion best practices across departments, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Effectively communicate and lead people through change initiatives, driving adoption and embedding new processes.

About You:

  • A proven track record of driving operational improvements in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in identifying and reducing waste.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with experienced leaders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
