Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Administration Coordinator to join our busy Business Services team.

About the Company

Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment is a reputable law firm looking for a refreshing and enthusiastic individual to step into an Office Services role with some reception work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy switchboard, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain an impeccable front of house area, including the reception desk and waiting area.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with coordination of tenancy-related matters, including security, first aid, fire safety, and visitor access.
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting support, with training provided.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and keen eye to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
