About the Role

This is a part-time Executive Assistant opportunity at JLL, a leading company in Australia. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and book travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules to ensure executives complete their obligations efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, making sure that all necessary arrangements are in place for successful outcomes.
  • Proactively manage calendars based on priorities, anticipating and addressing potential conflicts or issues.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, ensuring timely and cost-effective bookings.
  • Interface effectively with employees and executives, maintaining strong relationships and fostering open communication.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including food orders and meeting planning.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating a high level of organization and process management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with virtual meeting platforms and strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
  • Project coordination experience and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record of partnering with senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this part-time Executive Assistant position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account industry standards and the costs associated with living and working in Australia.
