We are seeking an exceptional team lead to join our prestigious hotel in the heart of Brisbane City, Australia.

Job Description

As a Concierge Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive world-class service and unforgettable experiences during their stay.

  • Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation.
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of our hotel.
  • Manage luggage handling and valet parking services.

You will be responsible for managing a team of concierges, providing them with guidance and support to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Concierge Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
